We will initially spend time working closely with you, both before & during your visit to ensure we are ‘on the same page’ and have a good understanding of what your individual requirements are, both in terms of property, lifestyle needs and budget. Based on this initial consultative approach, we will then advise and guide you to areas and properties that we feel will best suite your needs.
Once we have a good understanding of your overall requirements we will then use our comprehensive knowledge of the local areas to ensure that any property recommendations match your criteria. This process will make your visit as straight forward as possible. We feel that these relaxed and informative trips help our clients reach sensible balanced decisions about their potential property and, also the area.
All of our viewing trip are bespoke to you, so prior to your arrival, Purple Properties will prepare a portfolio of properties, tailored to suit your specific requirements. You can be assured of an excellent, guaranteed no pressure, one-to-one personal service. One of the team at Purple Properties will also show you around the local areas including the beaches, restaurants, bars, golf courses, leisure facilities and other places of interest while out viewing.
Alternatively, if you have made your own arrangements to visit Spain already and would simply like to meet up with us, we would be delighted to show you properties on any day and time to suit you. As with our viewing trips, we will spend quality time with you, ensuring you receive as much information as you need. We simply ask that you give us enough notice of your trip in order that we can ensure one of our team is available to help you.
